SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Upon placing an order, you will receive an emailed order confirmation. Please note that this is not a guarantee of product availability. Due to the current health crisis, we are facing very high demands for the masks. While every effort is made to show only in stock items, there may be instances where we run out of stock in a particular size or color. Upon final processing and shipment of your order, you will receive a second confirmation of your order and its shipping details.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
Orders are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of your order. Please factor this in when estimating your order's delivery time. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and will generally arrive between 3 to 5 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.
Our Ground shipping rates are based on the value of your order. Order values are calculated on a before tax basis.
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases on this Site. However, due to the nature of the product, masks are not returnable for any reason. If there is a defect with the product, please contact us at email@example.com for a store credit.
